Real Deal Tour  $240
5.5 hr.

We are all about fun! And that means snowmobiling in the best possible place that day. The Chugach Mountains will surround you as you navigate your own snowmobile through trails, open fields of powder, beaver ponds, and frozen waterfalls. Given the right conditions we will snowmobile out to the glacier where towering blue icebergs and awesome ice caves will amaze you! Truly a “Blue Ice Paradise!” These glacial fed valleys are the only ones in North America that are accessible by guided snowmobile tours. Simply put: “It’s the best tour!”

Slow and Easy Tour $190
3.5 hr.

This tour is great for family groups with kids or the physically challenged. Stop and smell the arctic roses on this tour! Lots of photo opportunities. Your guided tour will take you through trails, open fields, beautiful rivers, frozen waterfalls and possible wildlife sightings such as moose, eagles, wolves and of course the state bird, the Ptarmigan.

Early Season Goldmine Tour $190
4 hr.

This “Early Season” snowmobile tour special takes place up at an active gold mining operation. The trails run along the base of spectacular 5000 foot glaciated peaks and follow beautiful creeks for incredible photo opportunities.

This guided tour allows you to navigate your own snowmobile through a couple miles of limited trails before stopping for a traditional Alaskan camp fire and BBQ lunch.

Total tour time 4 hours

November – December 10:00 am & 12:00 pm

We offer this tour until the US Forest Service opens permit areas in the Chugach Mountains sometime in December depending on snow conditions.

Cameras are a must! Beginners through experts welcome!

All Tours Include:

  • Your own snowmobile
  • Experienced guide
  • Boots, suits and all gear necessary to keep you warm
  • Heated handlebars
  • Snacks and hot beverages
  • Local transportation within the Girdwood area

What to wear:

Dress in layers and bring whatever winter outer wear that you have. Whatever you do not have we can provide at no additional cost such as boots, snowsuits, gloves, neck-warmers, helmets, goggles, etc.

Note: Glacier Access is determined by US Forest Service decisions, snow conditions, wind, visibility and other variables. We cannot guarantee going to the glacier.
